What does the status of my offer mean?
To check the status of your offer, go to your dashboard on G2A Marketplace and open the "Offers" tab. You will see the status of each offer in the "Status" field.
This will show you:
A. What the current status or result of the security check is:
Whenever you create an offer or update an existing one, G2A.COM's security system will notify you if it detects any issues with your stock. If you decide to post the offer anyway, it will be reviewed by our specialists to make sure everything is OK. The offer's status will change to one of the following:
Waiting
The offer is awaiting manual verification and is not yet visible to customers on G2A Marketplace. Stay patient, we're on it.
Checked
Congratulations! Your offer was approved by our system. G2A Marketplace customers are now able to browse and buy your products. Note: if there are issues with some of your digital keys, they might be excluded from an approved offer. For more info, click here.
Banned
It seems that there is something wrong with the offer you created. It has been temporarily suspended for additional verification. But there is no need to worry! Click here to learn how to unban an offer.
B. Whether the offer is active or not:
The "Inactive" status means that the offer isn't currently visible to customers on G2A.COM. If you want to make it available, you need to reactivate it.
IMPORTANT: To ensure AML and security standards, when you set a price that differs too much from the product's real market value, the offer will not be activated.
Please be sure to research the average suggested retail price (SRP) for the products you sell. For example, you can compare the prices set by other sellers on our Marketplace.
G2A selling fees and income - what should I know about them?
If you are a beginner seller, this guide will help you predict the costs related to using G2A Marketplace services and effectively manage your income.
Selling Commission and fees
Before you begin, take a look at the selling cost in Table of Fees and Commissions on G2A Marketplace.
Generally, the fee applied sales is 10.8% + €0.35 and it is already included in final prices. This commission can be greatly reduced by taking part in the Seller Supreme program.
Additionally, we charge small fees for creating, updating and reposting offers.
Make sure that the prices of the products you are selling are higher than the fees you need to cover. Otherwise, this might result in a negative G2A balance.
Income
Whenever a user buys a product from you on G2A.COM, your income is automatically assigned to your G2A balance.
You can monitor your money flow through the Statements tab on your dashboard on G2A.COM. If you need more detailed reports, go to your G2A PAY account and open the Transactions tab.
These tabs also contain information on all balance deductions, such as selling fees or customer refunds. Nothing will be hidden from you, if you check regularly.
NOTE: Statements from G2A Marketplace dashboard show all statuses of particular transaction - not an updated version only. For example, when order is refunded, you will see it both as "Completed" and "Other".

Security Lock
For security reasons, it takes 14 days to process your earnings before they are available for use.
During that time, these funds count towards your Total Balance, but not Total Available Balance. This is why the value of the latter is usually lower.
The Processing Transfers tab shows you how long you will have to wait before the processed funds become available for use. Go to your dashboard on G2A.COM and open the tab in the Account Details section.
Note: you can considerably shorten the default waiting time if you take part in the Seller Supreme. Be sure to check it out!
Using Selling income
Once your income is processed into Total Available balance, it is ready for you to use. You can withdraw this money or use it to pay on G2A.COM and partnered websites.

Conversations with buyers, how does it work?
On G2A.COM buyers can freely talk with sellers. It's especially helpful in resolving issues with product's activation, description or quality.
How can I manage my conversations?
To check Conversations started by buyers, visit Support Center tab in G2A ID. Each entry has a specific status. May be waiting for your or buyer's reply or be stated as complete.
Click blue "Reply" button to respond.
How can I respond?
On G2A.COM Buyer rating matters for business.
Whenever an issue seems serious and there's a risk of a permanent thumb down, Conversations tab gives you a palette of means to bring things around, besides simple message exchange. You can issue refunds or offer a replacement for a digital product.
If a case gets solved, you can conclude a conversation with a request to edit original rating to a positive one or leave a rating, if it hasn't been done so far.
If for some reason buyer neglects to turn a rating around and order was refunded by seller's decision, it will turn to neutral automatically.
Of course, there's also an alternative. As a Seller you're entitled to reject buyers requests.
How can I address negative rating?
Each seller can also get in touch with each unsatisfied buyer on their own initiative, to address their case and propose a solution.
To do that, go to Manage Ratings tab on G2A Account, pick a specific negative rating in and click 'Start Conversation'.
Then fill out form provided in the next window. Buyer will receive notification about your message and will be able to reply.
General advice
To keep the buyers satisfied and the business healthy, it's best to:
maintain high level of communication, be responsive and informative
don't hesitate to direct buyer to Support Hub for additional instructions
ask for evidence if a buyer report's a problem (screenshot of an activation error, history of purchases of relevant gaming platform, date of code's activation provided by support service of a relevant platform etc.)
be prepared to provide similar evidence from our side to prove your point to the buyer
offer replacement digital product keys only in Conversations with G2A.COM Marketplace order number attached

How can I issue a refund for a buyer in a conversation?
Sellers on G2A.COM directly involved in resolving the problems of their customers. To make communication easier, you as a seller will be able to contact them (and vice versa) using the Conversations tab.
This tool gives sellers and buyers everything they need to make communication smooth and efficient. In the tab, sellers are able to resolve their customers' issues and complaint cases, choosing from:
Instructing the customers if the mistake was on their part
Rejecting the complaint if it was unfounded
Full refunds for a sold product
All of which more lead to more and more positive ratings from customers.
How to issue a refund?
When other resolution options are exhausted, you can propose a refund to a buyer.
To do that, go to full refund tab in a conversation window and click blue refund request button.
Buyer will be instantly notified about the pending request in the conversation. As soon it's approved, you'll be able to refund problematic product.
The buyer would then have 7 days to confirm the refund proposal you offered. In case he or she would not do anything - the refund offer would be automatically canceled.
Note: you won't be able to close a conversation until pending request is approved or declined.
How can I manage the digital products I'm already selling via the "Offers" tab?
The "Offers" tab is an overview of all your offers (active, inactive and out of stock), as well as your recent income.
Each entry on the offer list shows you:
the status of each offer and who it is visible to
remaining stock
the price you set compared to the lowest one on the marketplace
expected income from retail sales
Here you can also:
edit the price
put an inactive offer on sale again
propose it for a campaign
remove the offer
The "Edit offer" window
This screen is where you can view and modify the auction's details. Click the "Edit" icon next to the offer in question.
Here you can change the price, activate or deactivate the auction, add, edit and remove keys, as well as change available currencies and either enable or disable the auto-renewal option.
Note: small fees are charged for editing active auctions. Check table of fees and commissions for more details.
Adding more keys
You can easily replenish the auction's stock with additional keys. Click on the "Add new keys" button to either add them manually, one by one, or in bulk, using a previously prepared TXT or CSV file. You can also upload image files, but remember: 1 image = 1 key.
Viewing and editing an auction's stock
Click the "View keys" button to display all keys in the auction: available for purchase, reserved by buyers and those already sold. You can also remove selected keys here, as long as they have not been sold already.
Here you can also view all keys that buyers are having issues with.
Click the "Export keys" button at the bottom of the "View all products" window to download an XML file with the auction's contents.
Direct links to your offer
If you want to post your offer on social media or share it with partners, click on the "Direct offer URL" button. This will display a direct link to your offer that you can copy or share via Facebook and Twitter.
Removing an auction
If you are no longer interested in selling a product, you can remove the auction by clicking the "Remove" icon next to the item in the "Offers" tab.
Seller verification and business accounts on G2A.COM Marketplace
G2A Marketplace offers great profit opportunities for growing businesses. We must, however, take care about security. That's why careful verification is a necessary step on the way to become a great seller on the Marketplace.
How can I get verified?
While thorough, the verification process is also very simple. All you need to do is fill in and submit a form available on your G2A Account dashboard. You can choose between simple Individual and more advanced Business Verification. They can give you different prerogatives later on.
What are the requirements?
Individual Seller verification
On this level, we require a set of basic information with proof of ID:
Personal details: first and last name, date of birth, address, nationality and phone number
Document confirming seller's identity: a clear copy of a valid and unexpired ID card, passport, or driving license with a photo.
Proof of seller's residential address (optional)
Business Seller verification
If you'd like to be verified as a sole trader, it's enough to provide:
Official company details with name, address, registration and tax numbers
Personal details of a company representative and owner: first and last name, date of birth, address, nationality and citizenship
Financial info: expected turnover and expected payout destination (country)
Personal document confirming the identity of sole trader: a clear copy of a valid and unexpired ID card, passport, or driving license with a photo.
Document confirming the power of attorney for indicated representative (for lawyers)
Certificate of incorporation / Business registration
Certificate of VAT or TAX number (optional)
VAT number (you can find it here)
A limited company verification requires few extra documents:
Official company details with name, address, registration and tax numbers
Personal details of a company representative and owner: first and last name, date of birth, address, nationality and citizenship

What's next?
Once your form is submitted, reviewed and accepted, you'll see suitable info box on your dashboard. Your account will be instantly upgraded and allowed to sell.

2. File a claim.
The link to the claim will appear in your conversation with the seller once 7 days have passed. If the seller hasn't solved your problem by then, you can file a claim. If they have, you can just click the 'Case solved' button and move on with your life. You can file the claim within 365 days of your purchase.
3. Get your refund.
Once you have submitted the claim with all necessary information, it will be reviewed and proceeded. You'll be updated on the case via e-mail. All refunds will either go to the source of the payment method or to your G2A balance.
