Malaysia Airlines offers three cabin classes on its long-haul flights, including Business Suite, Business and Economy Class.
Economy class: the cabin is equipped with a comfortable seat. Baggage allowance up to 30 kg with additional cost for domestic flights and international flights. Malaysia Airlines insured all meals served on board with special dietary needs due to religious or medical reasons. Passengers can also enjoy their entertainment during the flight.
Business class: it is equipped with luxurious and comfortable seats. Luggage allowed up to 40 kg. Business Class passengers will receive check-in privileges and other personal services, while passengers wait for their departure documents to be processed on the departures level of KL International Airport. Food with special dietary needs and in-flight entertainment are provided. Business class passengers can also enjoy the Golden Lounge facilities at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
First Class - First Class is offered only on the Airbus A380. The Malaysia Airlines First Class cabin is equipped with luxury seats that can be used as a bed, business center and Internet access. Food with special dietary needs and in-flight entertainment are provided. Luggage allowed up to 50 kg. As with any business class passenger, first class passengers will also receive check-in privileges and other personal services, while passengers wait for their departure documents to be processed on the departures level of the international airport of KL. First-class passengers can also enjoy the Golden Lounge facilities at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Babies are not allowed in First Class due to Malaysian Airlines' decision not to install cribs in the cabin.
MALAYSIA AIRLINES PERMITTED BAGGAGE
Cabin
Passengers are allowed one (1) piece of cabin baggage, which must have a maximum length of 36 cm, a height of 56 cm, and a width of 23 cm; the sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 115 cm or 7 kg.
First class and business class passengers can also bring two (2) pieces of carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg each.
If the passenger has a baby, they can carry baby food in their luggage with a maximum length of 115 cm and a weight of 10 kg.
Check-in (Free Baggage Allowance Policy):
As of February 14, 2013, the maximum luggage limit for economy class up to 30 kg, business class 40 kg and first class 50 kg for all destinations.
Special for flights to North and South America, the maximum luggage limit is 32 kg for Business Class and First Class, and also 23 kg for Economy Class.

MALAYSIA AIRLINES CHECK IN
The check-in desk may be open between 2 and 4 hours before departure time. The counters are closed 60 minutes before departure time.
Passengers are advised to check in at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time at the KL Sentral registration desks.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND OF MALAYSIA AIRLINES
Malaysia Airlines will refund a lost ticket as soon as possible after the expiration of the validity period of the ticket as proof of loss and upon payment of a reasonable administration fee.
The changed name is not allowed.
All purchased tickets are not transferable to another person.
Malaysia Airlines will refund unused tickets in cash or check if passengers paid cash for their tickets or refund will be credited back to credit card if passengers paid for their tickets by credit card.
The changes depend on the fare class (fare brand) and the type of ticket purchased.
All tickets purchased with promotional rates are not eligible for reservation changes. For some fare classes, you may need to give us advance notice or risk losing your ticket. In most cases, a fine is imposed.
