What insurance is included in the car rental price?

When you arrive at the office to collect the car, you can expand your insurance coverage if you wish. The cost of additional insurance depends on the model of the car and the days of the rental.
What is the fuel policy?
All cars are rented with a half deposit or deposit and must be returned in the same amount at the time of pick-up.
If the customer returns the car with less fuel, there will be an extra cost for the fuel plus a refueling fee.
How can I pay the car rental?

Where do I get the reserved car?

Once in Public Parking P1, turn left and at the end of the green painted corridor, you will find the Meeting Point with seats and our courtesy Minibus.
Minimum age: Renter / driver must be at least 21 years old.
National Driver's License (CNH)
The lessee must present his original qualification document, issued more than 2 years ago (CNH Definitiva), valid and within the expiration date.
Identity Document, CPF, Passport
The lessee must present his original RG and CPF document and cannot present restrictions of any kind with the credit protection agencies (SPC, SERASA) at the time of opening the contract with the lessor. The foreign renter must present his original and valid Passport document when the contract is opened with the rental company.
We also inform that the Rentcars.com Reservation Center, in order to confirm your request, does not make any prior consultation with credit protection agencies.

Credit card
The lessee must present a valid credit card, owned by him, within the due date, issued by a bank institution and with a credit limit available for pre-authorization of the guarantee deposit. Credit cards from third parties or cards not linked to banking institutions will not be accepted. Credit card approval is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the rental company.
Booking Voucher
The renter must present to the rental company a printed copy of his / her booking confirmation voucher.
